I grew up learning from the best and I used those skills for 15 years with the Department of Agriculture finding financial and engineering solutions that allowed farmers to optimize their production through conservation of water and other resources. Low stress and easy money 😁

Gretchen does a great job at researching the area and suggesting real market value. She does a wonderful job at keeping you informed of what’s going to happen, when and why. She’s very prompt and professional. Says what she can do and then does it 😁

Gretchen went above and beyond to make the sale...

Gretchen went above and beyond to make the sale of our house as smooth as possible. She was responsive and communicated well. In addition she checked on our property regularly and found us a lawn service since we had relocated out of state. We would recommend Gretchen for all your real estate needs!
