I have purchased many personal and investment properties over the past 25 years and I can honestly say that Gretchen has been the most pleasant and informed broker I have ever worked with in both the Western Chicago Suburbs as well as the West Coast of the US. My husband and I were in the market to purchase a home in Plainfield about 7 years ago. At the time we were using a different realtor, which we quickly found out wasn’t working in our best interest. At this point in the market it was a sellers market and we wanted to take full advantage of it and we did. Gretchen walked through the house and gave us some wonderful ideas on getting our house “market ready”. Simple, inexpensive things that made a world of difference. Once we were ready, we sold in no time and we walked away with being able to afford our forever dream home. Just as it was when we were buyers, we walked away informed, educated, and truly enjoyed the experience. We bought out of state, otherwise we would’ve used Gretchen, but as buyers again. We truly trust her! I’ve read that buying/selling a home can be one of the top stressful experiences a person can go through. I can assure you, Gretchen takes any of those doubts or nerves away. She makes the process simple and painless. It genuinely feels like a partnership and you’re both working in the clients best interest. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and to this day I still text her and of course, she responds!
