Greta is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is super nice, hard working and very professional. Greta is very sharp, her knowledge of the market was something I have not seen in other agents. She knows what to do to exactly to obtain the most for your property, and to do it quickly. Selling my property was difficult because I had to have cash only, no mortgage. She rose to the challenge and the second cash offer was over my asking price. Most important which convinced me she is a great agent where she was reachable many times in late evenings, and even answered my phone calls at 10:00pm. Other agents did not respond after 6pm because it is dinner time, they are done for the day. Greta, Is very pleasant, she treats you as you are her only client, but I know I might be one of 10.
