My condo purchase, do to close within 2 weeks of signing contract, was delayed for 2 months do to probate issues. Greta is an excellent agent. She knew exactly how to market and show our home. After terminating a contract with another realtor, (husband and wife team) we asked Greta for help. She always answered our calls. After months on the market with no success, Greta had us under contract in less than 3 weeks! Only talk to Greta if you really want top dollar and quick close.

Late 2019: We had already purchased a house in South Carolina. We needed our Florida house sold QUICKLY. Greta sold it in less than 30 day at the price we wanted!!!! Also, Greta was so impressed with the details of our house that she insisted that she attend every showing. No other realtor would know our house as well as she did. They wouldn't know all the hidden features. We also had 10 acres of rural forest with ponds. Other realtors told us it would take 9 months to 10 years (!?) to sale the land. Greta hosted an open house picnic at the land. The sale was completed 6 months after it was listed at an acceptable price. What more can you ask for?
