Greg was fantastic during our home buying experience. He really had a no pressure type of sales where he genuinely wanted what was best for us. Not the type of agent looking to make a quick buck. At one point I felt bad and didn’t want to waste his time. Unbelievably knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the ins and outs of purchasing a new home and what to look out for. There’s so much I want to say about Greg but we are very limited on characters, so I will try my best keep it short and sweet for those of you that come on here and are searching for the BEST realtor. I must say Greg has by far set the bar of expectations so high for anyone in this profession. From the start he was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had as you may know as first time home buyers we have so many questions and so little answers and such an advance language is used by not only the builder but also the loan company. Thankfully we had Greg that was not only so knowledgeable but was also willing to educate us on anything and everything. He was able to indicate several repairs that were needed on our new home , it’s like we got a second set of eyes from an inspector himself. He literally held our hand throughout the whole process , he showed up to everyone of our appointments: our showing , our walk through , our final walk through , and even our appointment with the title company. He had such a positive and compassionate attitude throughout the whole process. I would indefinitely recommend him to anyone that is in the process of looking for a realtor.
