Greg's service throughout the entire process was outstanding. As a first time homebuyer, of course one will be coming in to the process with questions and may be nervous. Greg made the whole process easier and less stressful. He was in full communication with me every step of the way, and handled any hiccups that came up quickly and thoroughly. He cleared up all questions, and was available whenever needed. Every step of the process was handled with care and to my satisfaction. Greg was excellent in all aspects of the home buying process In my opinion, he went above and beyond everywhere he could, and made the whole process less stressful, and quick!

We were the legal Guardians for another family member to whom this property belonged. It was imperative that we interview several Agents about our intent to sell this property, and that the Agent that we selected was able to meet some special needs that we had for the property because of that, and Greg was more than accommodating of those needs. That required a longer than usual time frame probably by most standards from the time that we interviewed and chose Greg Lantier to be our Selling Agent, until we were actually able to put the Home on the market. Greg waited while this was going on, never bothering us or trying to push the sale forward quicker than we were ready. Greg was very professional throughout the entire process and certainly shows the integrity that you want from a Real Estate Agent.
