We worked with Greg on the purchase of a home from our location hundreds of miles away and were blown away with the high level of responsiveness, professionalism and effort he provided. Ours was not a high end property, but we received care as though it was his biggest sale of the year. Video walk throughs on property we were not in a position to view along with frank and clear analysis of the property, the Community, and surrounding area were provided. We made the purchase after multiple offers from others and it was his skill, knowledge of the market and negotiation abilities that made that happen. At the end of the transaction he found us a solid Renter for the property as it will be some time before we are ready to relocate to the Mystic/Groton area.
