My husband and I jumped into the market for a home a bit prematurely and sought some help in looking at a home seen on Zillow.com. A colleague of mine recommended Greg Hanner very highly. He could NOT have made the process of buying our first home easier! We made the rare choice of purchasing the first home we looked at, but Greg helped us see the value in the home as he took us for two walkthroughs. He showed us many comps in the area over the computer and pointed out the average home we could get for the amount we wanted to spend. He was not at ALL pushy or gimicky. He gave facts and spoke with us in a very conversational manner. We were completely at ease with our decision to make an offer on this home within only 9 days of it being on the market. And, it was the RIGHT decision!! Greg walked us through the entire process, from recommending a fantastic mortgage broker to providing us all documentation online for e-signatures, which made keeping up with all the documents easy. He helped us choose a great lawyer and took us through the whole process of inspections. And after purchasing, he recommended a great electrician and floor refinisher. We were absolutely thrilled with the level of care and concern shown to us by Greg Hanner throughout the process of buying our home. We would recommend him highly!!!
