Greg Griggs was a tremendous help in selling my mother’s house in Detroit. The home needed a lot of clutter removed and fixing up to be marketable. My mother had given me the responsibility to deal with the house, but I live in Colorado, so I needed someone who could connect me with local cleaners and contractors to get the house ready. Greg had the energy, experience, and knowledge that I was looking for. He responded quickly when I first contacted him and was there for me all the way to the end. I relied on Greg’s judgement for what needed to be fixed, as the house had not been maintained in recent years and had a lot of issues. He found the people we needed to get the house repaired and made sure they did the job. Greg has a great deal of charm and a good sense of humor, which made the sometimes difficult process of getting the house ready much easier. He had a vision for the house that enabled us to net much more money than I thought we could at the beginning of the project. I always felt listened to and not brushed off. I highly recommend Greg!
I had returned to the Detroit area from Virginia Beach and had yet to buy an automobile; accommodatingly Mr. Griggs patiently drove me around for weeks helping me decide on a condominium. Eventually I found my unit and am still loving it. He even helped me when I had it inspected before the purchase. Overall, Mr. Griggs was thoroughly professional on all accounts.
Gregory was amazing through the whole selling process. He was always available to answer questions and offer advice. It was good and accurate information every time.
