In today’s hyperbolic digital society, any person with a website can portray themselves as a realtor du jour, with all the accompanying bells and whistles. Greg, while he has all the back office support ( witness the incredible sales brochures) he needs to best portray your home, it’s his extensive knowledge of the market, willingness to actually put in the time/work, and wonderful people skills that set him apart from the rest. He actually CARES about your concerns at a very vulnerable time. Finally, he’s a great guy

I cannot say enough nice things about Greg. The sale of my mom’s house was not easy for various reasons. But Greg took the challenge and persevered. He identified where there might be issues, made suggestions, and worked through many issues prior to listing. For each step forward, there were two steps back. Greg worked through each issue. He kept the buyer’s agent informed each step of the way.
