Full disclosure. Greg has been a friend of mine for many years, having assisted with other real estate related matters over the years. On and off, he and I would discuss the market, where it was going and what his thought(s) were. Every so often we would see a home that caught our eye and would call Greg to get his thoughts. My wife and I have been long-time Carlsbad residents and had always been keen the idea of buying a larger home. With the birth of our daughter, we knew we needed more space in a ‘less busy’ area. Living near the beach has it advantages, but it also has its disadvantages – one of them being a safe place for our daughter to play outside. In early 2019 we decided to get serious. I called Greg and ran a few homes by him that I had previewed online. One of the homes was in an upscale community within Aviara. We knew we wanted space, a pool and somewhere our daughter could play outside, hopefully with new friends/neighbors. After some discussion we decided to move forward and write and offer on the home - - please keep in mind, I’m an incredibly conservative person., the offer I had Greg write was borderline insulting at best. After a little ‘back-and-forth’ with the seller’s agent, Greg was able to negotiate a price that we were incredibly happy with. Not only did he get the home we wanted, along with his team he helped us get our new mortgage at an unheard-of interest rate! I've worked with a few Realtors over the years. Some good and some bad, bit never a true real estate professional. Without a doubt, Greg however is in a league of his own. This guy had answer to every question. A hello at every call – either at 7 a.m. or 10 p.m. he was always available. Being a businessman myself I understand the value of having someone there to make sure that everything you need is taken care of the way that you would expect it. Greg has assisted me with all of my real estate needs over the past few years. Most recently, I was feeling completely overwhelmed with the thought of timing the purchase of my new home while trying to rent out my old home. Of course, Greg was able to put my mind at ease and made the entire transition completely painless and stress free. Greg is professional, very knowledgeable, honest, and has never steered me wrong. My wife and I met Greg Moser at an open house he was hosting in San Marcos at the end of October. We were considering a property somewhere in North County as an investment property and enjoyed our conversation with Greg and realized that he was clearly a talented and a very knowledgeable sales professional. He understands the market and equipped me immediately with portal to see properties. As we decided to move forward with an offer on a property he had identified, Greg was incredibly responsive and truly became a trusted partner in the process. I really felt that he cared about our interests and made sure we were equipped with the correct information, he helped me unload a crummy lender in exchange for a high achiever banker who has the business philosophy the same as Greg. I really feel like he had our back through the process and never once did he push too hard or not be available for us. We ultimately closed very quickly on a nice place in San Marcos and the whole transaction was a breeze because of Greg's expert knowledge of the process, he made it very smooth! In our view Greg is true winner in all aspects of his life, if you are shopping for great representation look no further as Greg Moser is perfect for the job!

Greg Mozer is definitely the best real state agent in San Diego and probably one of the best in the whole United States, he is an excellent source of information throughout the entire home buying process. When it came down to negotiation time his experience really showed through. Greg was great. He was available every time we had a question and we had confidence in his answers and explanations. He helped us get the place we really wanted at the price we wanted. What more can you ask for. i would highly recommend him and will happily be passing on his info to my friends.

This is not the first time I have used Greg Moser and it certainly will not be the last. He is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have strayed due to convenience only to deeply regret it! Greg is exceptionally knowledgeable, honest and most of all exceptionally competent. He makes the process seamless and understands what you want and do not want. He educates you on every property aspect even if that means you decide to walk away from it. If he does not know an answer you will have it shortly and can rely on it.
