Gregg is exceptional! This is the second property he has sold for us - the first was quite large, and this one was 1/10th of the value of the first. However, Gregg's professionalism, advocacy, diligence, and kindness were the same regardless of value of the sale. In some ways, this property sale was even more challenging than the sale of our previous home. Gregg patiently navigated multiple inquiries from prospective buyers, some of which were time consuming but ultimately not serious buyers. Gregg continued to work all inquiries and connections, and we received a tremendous offer on the property. The closing was seamless. And most of all, Gregg is a wonderful person.
