I highly recommend Gregg. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, and really good at communication. He always puts his client's interest first. As a buyer agent, he helped me to get the best deal. I have had other agents in the past when I felt the agents had conflict of interest.

This was our first home sale and purchase with Gregg, he was great! We had multiple showings the first day along with a full price offer. Gregg knows how to get a home ready for sale and how to price it right for the current market. On the home purchase side. Gregg was able to look at homes when it worked for our schedule. He found homes for us to look at and he set up showings for homes we had found online. He is a very nice guy who works with your schedule. He printed out a packet for us that had details about each home we looked at and had room for our own notes. This was super helpful when trying to compares the homes we saw. Gregg is a great realtor to work with both on the buy and sell side.
