We actually had completed seeing the 5 homes that we had agreed upon and my wife found another house that she was interested in. It was late and Gregg actually looked at the listing and said that the agent was a friend of his and he could call to see if we could see the home. That agent met my wife Gregg and I immediately and we ended up loving the home and buying that day.
