We were in the process of moving to Colorado from Texas and I did not know anyone who could refer me to a reliable agent so I decided to choose 2 and put them to the test. Greg was one of the two agents who endured my rigorous demands of showing properties, answering emails and questions. As a result of his enthusiasm and genuine desire to find us the right home, he has earned my business not only for this purchase, but for any future real estate transactions. n nIf you are looking for someone who will look out for your best interest every time, trust Greg. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are truly satisfied.

Greg helped me do a 1031 Exchange on a rental property I owned. Very easy to work with and made the whole process easy.

Greg made purchasing our first home easy! He walked us through each step, helped us find our perfect home, and made sure we didn't miss anything. Greg was patient with our long list of wants and with our emotions during such a huge step in our lives. It was a joy working with Greg. n nAdditionally, Greg has been a valuable resource after the purchase when we had questions regarding home maintenance, dealing with the HOA, and questions on market conditions.

Greg was amazing with the purchase of our new home. He handled all of the details of the transaction, including negotiating with the bank as this property was bank owned. Greg was very detail oriented and on top of everything. We were confident in his ability to make this deal happen. By the time we were at the closing, everything was already handled and the closing was seamless.

Greg is the best! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. We are very picky buyers and Greg never stopped looking for our perfect home. Could not be more pleased!

After the pleasant experience of purchasing this home with Greg, there was not question of who was going to help us sell it when we needed to do so. Greg was very knowledgeable about what the market demands were and the few things we could do to make our home sell quickly. His suggestions helped us get top dollar for our home in under 6 weeks.

Greg was delightful to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful which made it significantly less intimidating for us as new home buyers.

We really enjoyed working with Greg. This was the first time we bought a house that we did not intend to live in -- we are holding it as an investment. Greg provided excellent insight and he was very responsive as we navigated the viewing, bidding and purchasing process. We will recommend him to our friends.

Greg was so helpful and instrumental throughout the whole process of getting me into my new home. There is not enough good things that I can say about him! He was so kind, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg to anyone and everyone!

Greg provides a combination of professionalism and personal touch. His helpers , i.e. photographer, stager, carpet cleaner, etc are all top notch

We were looking for a larger home with a mountain view in Parker. Greg located the perfect home for us in Idyllwilde. His negotiation skills were key in this purchase because we were biding against another interested buyer. He was able to provide us with the expertise needed to ensure we won the bid. n nHe also helped us with the purchase of an investment property during this time. Greg is knowledgeable about the market and helped us make buying decisions that have paid off tremendously,. He will be our agent for all future real estate transactions in and around this area.

We have purchased two homes with Greg and are excited to buy more down the road. He not only knows the market, the houses, inside scoop, but knows us and our style. We trust and respect him fully. He is the only realtor we recommend to friends. As long as we live in Colorado and he’s selling houses - he exclusively has our business!
