Greg is the best real estate partner I could ever ask for!! My fiancé and I worked with Greg in purchasing our first home! We didn’t know what to expect for the process or how to be competitive in a seller’s market. Greg was there throughout the whole emotional roller coaster with me - and mind you, I was all sorts of crazy. Home buying definitely brought out the worst in me. There were times when I’d cry and want to give up because someone just put in an all cash offer on my dream home and I’d be down in the slumps for a few days. There were also times when I wanted to flip a table over because I felt like the world was against me - we didn’t have the best experience with the listing agents we worked with. Buying a single-family home is scary. That too with the pandemic, house prices skyrocketing, you never know if you are overbidding, if it's the right time, should you wait a month or two, if the sellers can be trusted and the list goes on. But with Greg on our side, we definitely felt like we were in trusted hands. He was so responsive, answered all my panic calls, was very patient throughout the process, and even suggested a mortgage lender with whom we were pretty happy. He not only was with us through the sale but also helped us with post-sale problems we faced with our sellers. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who wants someone to trust, explain the process, be responsive, and you know, make a cool new friend in the process.
