We first connected with Greg through a weekly realtor's email announcement of available homes. Greg explained the market we were interested in ( manufactured home community) and set up daily listing reports for us to review. We spent a few months reviewing the listings and he was always available to answer any questions we had. Greg never pestered us to move forward and gave us time and space to come to our own conclusions. When we finally set up some home showings, he made sure we could look at all the properties we were interested in even when we dropped one in at the last minute.
