Sold our home on 6th in Huntington Beach, Ca. Greg, went above and beyond for us!! We had a huge challenge with a renter who wouldn’t leave and Greg recommended an attorney and helped tremendously with the process. Once we got the renter out the house was trashed and Greg rolled up his sleeves and did a huge amount of work cleaning the place up and getting it ready to be shown and sold in just a few days! I would highly recommend Greg to anyone who needs a real estate agent that will really get to work and fight for them!!! And he knows his stuff!!

Greg helped us sell our house in Rancho Santa Margarita. He was wonderful from start to finish! He worked with us in making recommendations on what to do to spruce up the place before we put it on the market. He even went so far as to come to the house to help us! He helped with landscaping (he's the Tree Whisperer and we can't tell grass from a weed!), painting and repairs. We were both working full time and he made himself available to be there for inspections and vendors. We ended up selling for full-asking after a week and a half on the market. I am convinced that a lot of that has to do with Greg's efforts. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Greg and his team made my first real estate experience easier than I could have imagined. At our first meeting, they came prepared, having thoroughly researched the neighborhood and recent sales trends. Their marketing plan led in to a very well attended open house. We had a dozen offers within a few days and the house sold by the end of the week. Anytime we needed advice, answers came promptly. There was no such thing as a dumb question. It couldn't have gone smoother.

Greg was extremely helpful and patient when I started looking for a condo for the first time in twenty years. My budget was low and I had some specific needs, but he showed me a variety of places until we found one that was perfect! He kept me informed throughout the closing process too.
