Greg was extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the area and market, and never made me feel pressured to take one action or another while also giving me excellent advise. A joy to work with and I feel he also worked me the best possible deal on my new home. I highly recommend Greg!
I’ve been very impressed by the way Greg handled my property for sale he monitor everything on the property with inspections and termite control my handyman that was there to fix the property up so I would say he went far beyond that I never knew that he could really take address on my property and he did very well managing it and selling it through the process so I give him a five star service
We couldn’t have been more pleased with the job Greg did selling our home!! He brought experience, knowledge, efficiency, commitment, and customer service to the table and helped us find the right buyer for our home in a timeframe that met our needs. He advised us on how to prepare our home for showing, and he then conducted multiple open houses, broker and private showings. He consistently communicated with us regarding prospective buyers and provided a report to us periodically which helped us understand how marketing was going. When adjustments were needed to our marketing strategy, he gave sound advice that helped us make good decisions. We often were out of town looking for our new home and preparing for our move, and Greg kept everything moving flawlessly in our absence. He met contractors at the house for us when needed and ensuring that our property remained in show-ready condition until we could return (even offered to cut the grass once for us!). He went out of his way to deliver exceptional service to us in a professional manner, and was sincerely a pleasure to work with!
Greg is the real estate agent you want on your side. He is on top of everything 24/7. It didn’t matter what time I called, he alway answered and handle my questions and concerns immediately. He went above and beyond any realtor I have ever experienced, he checked my mail and sent it off to my new location, he helped finish my lawn, organized the landscaping and meet then at our home because we already relocated before we could finish it, to ensure it was perfect and he helped us finish some painting to make the house was perfect before we put it on the market. On top of all of his help finishing the house his marketing was top notch. The pictures of the home were beautiful and we he had so many people viewing the home that we were able to sell the home and complete a great deal. Thank you Greg, you are an amazing agent! Thanks, Lane and Heidi
