He went above and beyond any realtor I have ever experienced, he checked my mail and sent it off to my new location, he helped finish my lawn, organized the landscaping and meet then at our home because we already relocated before we could finish it, to ensure it was perfect and he helped us finish some painting to make the house was perfect before we put it on the market.
