As soon as he found us the listing, he not only went to view the home with my husband the same day, but then offered later the same day to view it with me, to ensure we both could make a decision and start moving to compete with any existing offers. Greg called us the following days to stay up on action items needed, and was very informative regarding communications with the seller. He followed up with the seller on further questions we had the next few days. Greg does not move slowly, but his speed and efficiency does not compromise a thorough and meticulous review needed for a confident home purchase. Greg also had a home inspection company to recommend, as well as different contractors needed for any repairs. He helped us communicate with the seller to find an agreement that favored us both, and made it feel like a win/win.
