The Raymer team was very knowledgeable of our neighborhood, provided many comps to decide list price, and even helped us stage our home for selling. They were very in depth in explaining the listing process and what to expect. Our home then sold in less than two weeks, with above asking price, and multiple offers. The team then became crucial through the inspection, termite, appraisal, and new home buying process. In addition to their knowledge, this team is very family oriented, customer oriented, and goes above and beyond to get the job done. We love working with them and would definitely do so again in the future. Highly recommended :)
