An awesome realtor!

I recently sold my house and Greg was my realtor. I previously had interviewed two other realtors who did not want to list my house at my expected price of $169000 saying it was too high for the area . Greg listed my house at my expected price. So i ended up with an extra $15,000. If i could give a 10 star review I would. Greg was very attentive from the beginning. Not only did he hire a professional photographer to take photos but he also showed up two hours before closing to see if we needed help to empty the house. He came with rags to help clean and a big garbage bag to put last minute garbage in. He pitched in to help clean wherever needed, from windows to last minute bathroom spruce up. I have bought and sold 10 houses in my lifetime and never encountered such a wonderful realtor. $169,000 The house was sold at 165,000 so I gained an additional 15,000 in profitgoing with Greg.
