The house is held in a trust of which my brother and I are trustees. After viewing the house and property, Greg estimated a asking price range and gave us a list of recommended improvements ranked in hierarchy of the value each would add. Using that list we were able to prioritize and complete the improvements within our deadline for getting the house on the market. And the improvements resulted in a significant increase in the asking price range recommended by Greg. The listing and offer process that led to closing contained several twists and turns brought on by the buyers and their agents. In spite of the challenges and throughout the entire process, Greg demonstrated professionalism and courtesy to other agents and provided reasoned advice to my brother and me.
