Beyond that, he stays in regular contact with helpful information, and just to make sure we are still doing well in our home. As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect and Greg did a fantastic job walking me through the home buying process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all my questions. Greg went above and beyond when it came to helping me buy my first home. He would perform a very comprehensive analysis of the market and sales records and give me advice but never pressured me to make an offer I wasn't comfortable with. He was an excellent communicator with the other agents and worked closely with my lender to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. He went out of his way to talk with neighbors about the nearby community and also considered my interests, commute, and dogs when it came to finding me the perfect home. Greg also went to present my offers in person which I was told on numerous occasions from the seller's agent helped my offer stand apart from the rest.
