Just bought my first home through Greg, and was very pleased with the experience. Greg is wise, honest, and reliable. I could quickly tell he has a lot of experience in this market. From finding homes to look at to signing the final closing papers, he was constantly there to provide guidance in every area I lacked knowledge. Greg notices all the perks and flaws of a property. When it came time to make an offer, I had a strong sense of what I was getting into. Greg made closing painless as well. He thoroughly yet clearly explained everything, and was always easy to get a hold of with questions. I am happy to say that my first home purchase was a pleasant experience, thanks to Greg.
