We have moved many times over the last thirty years and I have to say there has not been another agent who worked as hard or paid any more attention to detail as Greg. We would happily trust selling or buying another property to Greg. He is honest which is sometimes in short supply in this industry. He is a great communicator.

Greg knew the market in my area perfectly. Guided me through the process seamlessly. His negotiating skills were impeccable. Greg was professional throughout the process. Selling a home is stressful and Greg made that transition flawless.

Greg was great to work with. He did so many things I didn’t even expect him to do – little things that helped sell the house. He came over one Saturday, and we cleaned every light fixture in my house. When I moved into my new place, he offered to hang all of my pictures. I love the way they look, and everyone comments. He was the perfect realtor for me.

Things just went so smoothly. Greg was wonderful about being responsive to questions we had. The lines of communication were always open. Not only did he explore every avenue possible to get our house out there, he also came up with things we might need to do – just little things to touch up. We would definitely work with Greg again.

Greg went above and beyond to sell our house. We can’t say enough good things about him. We’ve worked with many real estate agents over the years, and he’s probably the best that we’ve had. He listened to our needs, and his communication was excellent throughout the whole process. You just can’t get any better. We were selling the house but living in California. When it was time to show the house, he would go over and get everything perfect before the other real estate agents showed up. Then he would go back over and close the house up. He tidied things up and blew leaves. Little touches like that are what helped us get more than the asking price for our house.

I have never seen anybody work as hard Greg does. He’s brilliant. He reorganized and rearranged my home to make it look the very best it could possibly look with my existing furniture and my existing artwork, which is a true talent. He made it look magazine worthy. When it was time to buy, I chose Greg to be my Birmingham realtor because I knew he would be candid and honest and view it as his own purchase. He is a step above in everything he does.
