Would recommend and use again

We chose to work with Greg to sell our home in the Sunriver area. We chose to go with the non traditional method simply because we expected our home to sell quickly and paying 5% - 6% percent in commissions for what we expected very little work (our home sold in less than 24hrs. to the first folks that visited the house) was unnecessary and frankly, we'd rather put our money in our bank acct than someone else's. The reason for the 4 star rating is due to the fact that we never really had the opportunity to experience Greg's "Skills & Knowledge" due to the fact that we never saw the website that was part our our selected package, nor did we have need for in depth support and representation. We have, and will continue to recommend Greg and his services to others we know that are relocating too or from OR. Regards, S&S
