We bought empty land through Greg. He was the listing agent but we trusted him enough to also represent us as buyers. Throughout the process he was very professional—diligent, attentive to the details—and was impartial and helpful in the negotiations on the price. Whenever we had a question or concern he addressed them right away and with utmost thoughtfulness. He was available whenever we needed him, and it was a great pleasure working with him. Greg is a godsend! He helped walk us through our very first property purchase and his guidance and input was invaluable! He helped with everything from finding appropriate financing to connecting us with local vendor contacts. He is friendly, knowledgeable and really knows the area and it's inhabitants well as a local resident himself.
