Being a first time home buyer it is a very overwhelming and nerve-racking experience but Greg put all those worries to rest. I really enjoyed working with Greg. We had an honest and open communication regarding the listing price and he brought research to back up what he was suggesting. He was also realistic in explaining what the best listing price was but in the end, he supported me and the price I wanted to list at. He was quick to set up a photographer to take beautiful and realistic pictures for the listing. He stayed in constant communication through phone, email, or text. The property was under contract just six days after hitting the market. He always let me know what came next in the process from signing papers, to fire, CO inspections, etc. I definitely would recommend Greg as a real estate professional. I bought my condo with him, sold it with him, and am happy to be going through the process of finding my next home. He constantly sends me new listing and sets up showings on houses that are in my budget and fit my criteria.

Greg is a very responsive broker and is friendly as well as personable. I like him. However, I did not always feel that he had my best interests at heart. You can not please everyone in a transaction but I think that you must listen to and have the back of the person with the money! Greg is still young and I am sure he will develop more powerful skills in the future. I wish him well!
