I interviewed about 5 realtors before deciding on Greg as my agent to buy a house, and I truly feel he sets the standard for what a great realtor should be. Unlike most who seemed to only be interested in doing the showing and doing the paperwork, Greg was a real partner in helping me find and assess properties, jumping on several Zoom calls with me to discuss possibilities. He was extremely responsive by phone and text, always making himself available when I had questions or concerns. Anyone interested in real estate investing will be especially happy with Greg, who is knowledgeable and very helpful in running numbers and rental comps to see whether buying a property makes sense. With his help I was able to buy a duplex in a very competitive market while knowing the decision was a good one for my personal goals.
