Greg both listed my house and helped me purchase my new home. New Home - at the time I was shopping for houses "inventory" was very low. I was not interested in seeing many of the options in person but Greg insisted that I get out and see what was out there. He took the time during those visits to show me things that he thought I liked. It was a nice learning opportunity. When Greg did come across a home that he thought met a majority of my wish list items, he was quick to make a private visit happen. Once the offer was accepted his concierge level service hit high gear. He put me in touch with a great inspector. Not only that but he attended the inspection to ask questions about various aspects of the home that I would have never thought of focusing on. All the way up to him attending the closing it was positive. Listed home - great experience. He listed it for less than I wanted to get and ended up selling it for more. Nothing more to say than that!!!
