I felt stuck in a bad situation with my house. It was going to require a lot more money to fix and get it in a sellable condition than I had avaible to put into it. Greg was confident and reassuring and did so much work to make sure I was able to sell the house and pay off the mortgage and my debt with the money from the sale. I'm so thankful for his knowledge and experience and the kind and caring way he took care of the process for me!

Greg is totally up to date and aware of the market that we are experiencing right now! His experience and knowledge of real estate processes and legal issues are amazing.
