Greg Byrum

Greg has helped me buy one house and sell another. What struck me most about Greg - in contrast to some other agents who won't even answer a simple question without an exclusivity agreement - is that he is willing to take weeks or months investing in potential clients before even asking them to sign anything. This gesture of good will and faith is rare in today's transactional society. As an agent, Greg is not perfect but he is good. He communicates promptly and is generally available on short notice. As a buyer's agent, he tries to point out problems with properties and has some knowledge to back it up. As a seller's agent, he is willing to lend tools and even sometimes get his hands dirty doing repairs. In a time when agent commissions are higher than ever, Greg does more than most other agents to earn his pay.
