We were selling our home FSBO, and accepted an offer from Greg's client that included contingencies, including 1) the sale of the buyer's current home, 2) financing, and 3) inspection. Greg was on top of the transaction. He facilitated every step. I was amazed when the transaction closed within a month...about 10 days earlier than expected. We highly recommend Greg.
