This price reflected your assistance e.f. cleaning, gardening, painting, resurfacing the flooring, and "staging;" your selection of good tradespeople, coordinating their tasks, and resolving a glitch in their payment. You also included my niece in our meetings and decision making since I am hard of hearing and have a weak short-term memory.
