Greg was an absolute rock star from start to finish with us. He was able to get our house sold at the price we wanted and get us our dream home at the price we needed. By far, this was the least stressful home buying and selling experience we’ve ever had.

Purchasing our first home was certainly exciting and simultaneously sprinkled with frustration. Our agent provided his extensive knowledge to us as we tackled 11 showings before making a purchase. While we gained insight from most houses, there were also disheartening showings. Like the time our agent recorded verbal notes on his phone to share with another agent rather than giving us undivided attention. After we selected a house to pursue, the connection and responsiveness decreased. It was challenging to hear back from our agent. Communication with the sellers on our behalf appeared to be slow and not fully reiterated to us. We are still waiting to hear about an issue that needs resolved on the property. We went into this process knowing that our agent had other clients and homes to accommodate, but we did not know that we would constantly take a backseat. If we knew that prior, we would have requested an agent that could provide us more individual attention. At the end of the day, we're very comfortable with the purchase. Buying our first home is an experience we can never recreate, and regrettably, we felt we were not provided the highest standard of service.

After having a couple of bad experiences with other realtors, we were given Greg’s name and number with high praises. He went above and beyond our expectations of getting to know us, our home preferences, speed and knowledge that led us into an amazing home for our family to continue to grow into. Not to mention he helped us sell our home for above asking price!
