We used Greg as our agent to help us find our house in Georgia (relocating from North Carolina). From the outset, Greg was extremely helpful and was always responsive. We gave him a list of our "wants" and he quickly found us a house that had everything on our list . . . much to our surprise (we had assumed we'd have to compromise on several). He is very knowledgeable of the area and helped us tremendously. After finding a house, he worked with my wife and I to help us understand the process of putting in an offer and walked us through what would transpire in the coming weeks. He was able to help throughout the entire process, which was especially important due to the fact that we were not physically in town for a lot of it. He was able to help us find our dream home and also helped us negotiate a great deal on it. We can't say enough good things about Greg and his ability as an agent!
