Greg Alderman represented us on a custom home purchase in Bennett, CO. Greg is so much more than a realtor. He is very knowledgeable and does his homework, even when working outside of his normal sales area/community. However, what makes Greg really standout is he truly listens. He is more interested in the needs/interests of his buyer than he is in making a sale. The purchase of our custom home was tricky as the seller was the actual designer/architect of the home. The seller was very proud of his “creation”. Greg masterfully negotiated with the seller and his realtor to get past several sticking points and to ensure we got the home and the deal we needed. Greg never pushed us to buy or settle. He provided all of the pros and cons and even played devil’s advocate when we were a little too anxious to settle. He also helped us find the best financing deal in town. Greg was a true teammate and friend in our search for and purchase of our “dream home”. If we ever have to sell this home in my lifetime, we will definitely use Greg as our listing/selling agent as well as our purchasing agent to find a new dream home!
