Our family has dealt with Greg Alderman for several years involving buying a home in Manitou Springs and selling property in Teller County. Recently, we listed our property with Greg Alderman on a Wednesday. He put For Sale signs on the property the next day, and immediately got an offer for the full sale price! We were kept in-the-loop via phone calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire process until the closing three weeks later! We cannot recommend Greg highly enough!
