My name is Grayson Swindell. I am originally from Claxton, Georgia, and now living in Athens while pursuing my Master’s degree of Forest Resources in Forest Business at the University of Georgia. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Agricultural & Applied Economics from UGA, which sparked my interest in both people and property. I’ve always had a passion for the community and helping others. This perspective shapes how I approach real estate, whether it’s helping someone find their dream home or exploring opportunities with land and property investments. I believe in being straightforward, dependable, and always putting my clients’ needs first. My goal is to make the process as stress free as possible while building relationships that last well beyond the closing table. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors and connecting with others who share my love for Georgia and all it has to offer.
