I met Grant at an open house and immediately knew he was the realtor for us. We aren't from Rochester so we depended on Grant to lead us in the right direction for what areas we should look in and he did not disappoint. Right from our first phone conversation I knew I made the right choice calling Grant. The very next day he came and looked at my house and gave me suggestions on improvements and a list of who to call to come and do the work. Right from the get I felt he had my back and was going to be there for me through the whole process. Having never sold a home before I was feeling very overwhelmed and with the recent loss of my father it was a very emotional time for me. This was the house my dad built and I grew up in and the only house my kids ever knew and Grant guided me through the entire process with sympathy, respect, patience, and support that went way beyond what was expected of him. He was there for me in all ways possible to answering all my questions, very fast responses whether it was 6:00 a.m or 10:00p.m, he always worked around my schedule and made himself available. He also always had his team as a backup if he knew he wouldn’t be available. They would check in with me and let me know that they were there immediately! There was never a time I didn’t feel like I wasn’t a priority! He has a ton of knowledge in real estate and is very competent in what he does! His personality is so down to earth and real I felt like I was working with a friend who always had my best interest at heart! He was so fun to work with!! I really feel lucky to have found him and recommend him and his team to anyone I know will be going through this process! He went way above and beyond any expectation!
