We were referred to Grant through a friend and we feel so lucky to have met him! Grant made our cross country move to the Phoenix area absolutely painless. Grant's integrity and easy going nature made the the home buying process a delight. We were only able to make a few short trips to the region during the search process, but Grant's great intelligence and incredible knowledge of the area enabled him to effectively work on our behalf even when we were not there. Grant worked tirelessly. He was always available to talk and offer counsel. He was a fantastic negotiator. And we could not be happier with the home we purchased!
