Grant actually sold my home 3 times. Oh my We had a couple of doozies! My HOA ended up being a bit of a problem because the docs were so long. A couple of buyers had issues with them. But Grant sold the property and was able to get the buyers what they needed to answer all the questions and even was able to get the president of the HOA in touch with the other agent. Grant went above and beyond the norm to get everything done. Besides that he is just a great guy!!
