I had the pleasure of working with Grant and it was the best experience that I could have prayed for. From the first conversation, Grant took the time to understand my goals for selling my home and he made the entire process stress-free. Grant is dedicated to his passion for selling homes and even worked throughout the Christmas holidays to ensure my home was sold. Throughout the entire selling process, Grant was professional, very responsive, and went above and beyond. He was always available all to answer questions and provide professional guidance. We put the house on the market during the slowest time of the year (winter, right after Christmas), received an offer above asking price and went into contract after 3 days. If anyone is looking for a realtor who is not only skilled but truly cares about serving his clients, I would strongly recommend Grant Kuhlwein!
