Grant has been amazing to work with. As first-time home buyers, my fiance and I were looking for key characteristics in our realtor: trust, transparency, and reliability. Not only does Grant embody these characteristics, but his work ethic and genuine desire to do right by his clients shined during our home purchase process. He took all my calls, day or night, and also proactively helped in making recommendations, check-ups and confirmation of process. During the home close, he displayed a rarified degree of aggression and professionalism with the process to make sure our closure deadline was met. This resulted in us closing on our home 7 days before the deadline, with a very low rate! We will be working with Grant in the future as we look at additional purchases.
