On the purchase side during the height of the real estate frenzy (May '22), Grant got our offer accepted on our dream home for 2.5% lower than the highest offer. On the sale side during the market slowdown (Sept '22), he got us 4 offers within the first 48 hours on the market, and we accepted a bid for 3.75% above list by day 3 (while competing houses in the same area sat for 60-90 days). In both cases, Grant helped us secure favorable terms and we went from Offer to Close in only 21 days on both purchase and sale.
