Grant is my go-to listing agent! He goes above and beyond. When our listing was going live and the cleaners hadn’t shown up, he went and helped clean it himself. When we had a problem with a trespasser he went and intervened to have them removed. He helped negotiate a multiple offer situation to get the best offer, and stayed in touch with other interested parties so we had multiple backups lined up.
