Initially I was nervous regarding the sale of my father's house because I do not live in New Jersey. Mr. Primas was kind, patient and assured me he had my best interest at heart from our very first meeting. I've NEVER met a real estate agent that was able to refer me to anyone I needed related to preparing my dad's house to be sold. He referred me to a plumber, a landscaper/"junk hauler", an electrician and a cleaning company! All of which were very professional and fair in their pricing. Each referral he gave spoke very highly of him and that really put my mind at ease. His professionalism was top notch and the best I've encountered. He gave me the pros and cons to each question I had. In short - Mr. Primas is the best at what he does.
