This company is all about care! Graham and his agents were very professional, as usual (Graham has assisted me with several transactions). The advise to prep the house and then the pictures and exposure were phenomenal. During escrow the buyer, a veteran, had an issue with their underwriter being overly dramatic and down right mean about some renters history (not required by the way) and Graham came to us with sincere concern and compassion. We were able to give the buyer a little more time and Graham working with the buyers agent found him a lender (Nick Cowan, who is awesome too) that made ever thing come together. True service and kindness that's hard to find these days. Thanks Reviron!
