Grady was the seller’s agent but he performed as if he was ours. He went above and beyond his duties as a realtor. Professional and honest and sincere. He even checked in on us as we were moving in. Overall just a really nice guy.

My overall experience with having Grady sell my property was excellent. Grady made the entire process a breeze. Not only did he simplify it for someone who has never done the process but made it smooth and worry free. Grady spent countless hours of his free time advertising and promoting my property. He had a very strong social media presence with the property but also held multiple open house events which he attended in person and was able to present the house to potential buyers. Grady is very punctuational with his paperwork and also extremely upfront on updates and what each potential buyer/offer may entail. What I appreciated most, was that Grady listens to what you have to say and will do everything in his power to make it happen. I had a great experience with selling my home because of his hard work. When my offer for a house in a neighborhood I had my heart set on was not accepted, I was crushed. I just did not understand. But Grady found me other options in other neighborhoods, and I reluctantly looked at them because I trusted Grady. When he mentioned the Canyon Creek neighborhood, I was negative: “too far out.” But the neighborhood had 24/7 security guards at gate, two pools, clubhouse, and even boat ramps on Lake Granbury. The Christine house was near the front gate. And it was “blue” with a burgundy front door and a long, sweeping front door and driveway. The trees were plentiful on the lot, as the builder wanted to preserve them. I walked into the house and exclaimed, “This is me!” We wrote up our offer that same day, and it was accepted. The storage and finish work (especially tile) was so appealing and first-rate. I moved in 30 days after my former house sold to the first looker. He continuously follows up with me and goes to bat for me when issues come up. Go with Grady!!!

While I was hospitalized for emergency hip surgery, Grady gathered a crew to clean and stage my house for selling. Such a fine job was done that that it sold to the first looker for full price. He immediately got to work finding me a new home and succeeded. Quickly, he located a packer and a cleaner for my move and even provided transportation for me until I was permitted to drive. He managed to light my gas fireplace as well as other minor repairs. All while totally honest to both me and the buyer. He truly cares.

This was the first home we’ve sold and did not know much on how the process works. Grady explained to us each step, the timeline, and what to expect during the process. He did detailed research and showed us comps in the area and came up with a plan to ensure we received the highest bid possible. We put our faith in Grady and he delivered!
